Bob formerly served as VP of Corporate Strategy at Scientific Games and has worked extensively on strategy issues and corporate development opportunities in lottery and gaming. His work has included M&A strategy and transactions, due diligence, vendor selection, privatizations, strategic BD in the lottery, casino manufacturer, racing, street/route and sports betting markets, across all major geographies.

Prior to Scientific Games, Bob was a Partner at Mercer Management Consulting (now Oliver Wyman), and served as Executive Vice President of Bluefly, an eCommerce fashion retailer. Bob has served on the Boards of two public companies, Bluefly Inc. and Axsys Technologies (sold to General Dynamics for $640mm).
