Roger previously led the global Gaming & Payments practice for Crowe Horwath, who are the world’s 7th largest advisory, consulting and technology firm with 35,000+ employees in 130 countries.
During his time with Crowe, Roger provided an array of corporate services and discreet M&A advice to the boards of several globally-renowned operators. Having set up and established a successful commercial collaboration between Crowe Horwath and Partis Solutions, Roger has recently joined Partis to drive the unique spectrum of capability that the Crowe/Partis relationship offers to the global gaming industry.
Roger is a widely connected leader with a career spanning 20 years in intelligence, consulting & corporate advisory services across the gaming, payments and investment banking sectors. He has a proven pedigree of identifying and developing sustainable growth strategies, covering a variety of M&A and integration scenarios. Roger has led end-to-end sales lifecycles of board-level engagements on both client and vendor sides and has a pedigree of achieving significant results – often within complex environments.
Before joining a multinational consulting and advisory group to grow their European operations, Roger was Chief Operating Officer for a leading investment bank and Chief of Staff of its global restructuring unit. Roger is a former military officer, having served as Intelligence Advisor to the Cabinet Office and Chief Intelligence Officer to UK Special Forces.
Roger is also the founding partner of Carbon Black - a niche provider of corporate intelligence and advisory services into the gaming & payments sectors.
